One by one interview with Line Manager based on the simulation of real cases of costumer assistance, previous background questions, team play.

Lo step iniziale è un test di collocamento, poi ci sono due colloqui, entrambi simili, in inglese, con solo domande di logica e ragionamento e simulazioni di problemi più o meno realistici
