J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Dinwiddie, VA) en août 2015

      Entretien

You fill out a survey online. you get told about a hiring event (or just go to one) walk in, tell the people at the desk you're there for the hiring event. they'll ask if youve already filled out an application online. if not theyll probably just take you to a room to do so. but then about 20-40 of you are in a room. then they call you out of said room and take a picture of your diploma and of you. and then you are taken into another room. you take a drug test and sign a paper. the drug test is a pregnancy test looking thing haha. but you put it between your teeth and your cheek for 10 mins while you watch a powerpoint and listen to someone from hr speak. and then you go home. and then that same day or the next they basically tell you whehter you got it or not. it could take up to 5 days (its an email) and you choose your orientation. orientation you just come in and there will be a lotttt of people. but youre split into groups of 7-10 and you are taken to safety school. (dont be worried, I have extreme anxiety and this freaked me out) but you legit just get a tour of the place then watch power points and learn a few things about what youll be doing. you'll have to move a pallet jack (which i totally couldn't do and messed up infront of everyone) ((again i have extreme anxiety and nearly left when i realized i had to do something infront of people but it was totally okay, i promise)) but then you move a cage, tape a box and cut it (i never did this) and you learn about the tape colors and what they mean. and then you sit in a room and fill out the form thing if you didnt do it already (i got the form thing like at 10pm before the day of the interview (email).. and filled it out on my laptop haha made things alot easier at orientation) but yo listen to people talk and watch safety videos and stuff. the best part is that you get paid. mine actually lasted nine hours... but we were given pizza. basically they will seem like an amazing place to work for and you will really like them. until you start working for them.

No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.

Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.

Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
