It was based on Leadership principles and interview process was smooth and professional. 4 rounds - with hiring manager, operations manager, Program manager and HRBP manager. Each round was based on couple of leadership principles and expectation is to answer them using STAR technical and involves scenarios

in XYZ scenario, if you have faced a conflict how did you resolve it and why and what was the result
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
