I was referred, they called me two weeks after that and they made me a phone interview, after that you should go and do their tests.
1. You must complete sentences. (20 sentences / 25s each).
2. You should type a text that you'll se in the top of the screen (You have 60s).
3. You must hear an Audio and write it. (15 audios / 20s each).
4. You should read a paragraph after 45 seconds the paragraph will disappear and you will have 90 seconds to write it back and re-arrange the words.(4 paragraphs)
5. You should do an e-mail of a determined situation (10 minutes / 100 words)

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
