J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon en juil. 2010
Entretien
Applied online and was contacted weeks later by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Interview with the recruiter lasted about 45" and got fairly detailed after the initial pleasantries. Two days later I was contacted to have another phone call with someone in the group. Amazon's phone interview policy is to capture everything during the call so for much of both interviews, the Amazon person was trying to both listen and type as fast as possible. At the end of the second call I was left with the sense that I had never been able to connect with the interviewer because the person was not really listening, just typing. Frustrating, but I'll continue to apply there. I've done my research and understand that while it's a humongous company, they've really got a culture of entrepreneurialism.
