Wasn’t one an interview. Applied did a quick background check (mine is clean) and got the job. Set up an appointment for drug test(mouth swab) and paperwork. Start a week after that. Whole process took about 2-3weeks from the day I applied to my start date.

No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
