They had me come to NJ for the interview. Didn't go through a phone interview. When I got there, there were a few other people there for the same interview too. The interview consist of three parts. One math problem like the other reviews on here, you are given 15 mins to solve the problem, like others said the answer doesn't matter, they just care about your thought process. Two 45 min interviews, one with an area manager and one from HR. They asked basic behavior questions.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
