First two steps were great, answered questions via email, took the assessment. Passed both and moved onto hiring screen with manger. Did all of the studying and prep. Manager was late, asked three behavioral questions and asked no follow-up questions to my feedback. I asked a couple of questions. Total 30 minute interview for what was scheduled to be an hour. Manager seemed disinterested and I had the feeling it was basically a courtesy interview the way it was run. Been through this a couple times with them. When I got the “no thank you” email, I withdrew all of my applications and will never apply again. There is something very “holier than thou” - you’re lucky to be in my presence - and I’m hoping you trip up - vibe that does not sit well with me. They would be lucky to have me, but I suppose they will never know.

Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
