They give good instructions of how to prepare for examples based on their leadership principles with the STAR method. I spoke with two people virtually who were both great. We got straight into the questions. The interview process is very efficient overall. I enjoyed how they gave you everything you needed to know and I felt well prepared for each step.

Use STAR method to describe how you met one of our leadership principles? (I think both interviewers asked me to give examples of 3 random principles)
during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.

Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
