1st round was through virtual assessment. Whole round was about English language for an hour. They didn't call for second round. The first round was easy as it was in basic level.

Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
