J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Nashville, TN) en févr. 2022
Entretien
I was first contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. After I applied I took a 30 ish minute behavioral survey. After that I was asked to schedule an interview. The recruiters really help you out and seem to want to see you get an offer. My recruiter gave me lots of advice for the interview leading up. The interview is 100% based on the leadership principles. All of your answers should exhibit some sort of quality that aligns with a principle. Also, STAR method is a must.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
