J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en févr. 2015
Entretien
I applied through online/campus recruiting. Initial 30 minute phone screen consisting of almost purely behavioral questions "give a time when you...etc." and one or two short case questions that were fairly simple. Received email to schedule final round interview for the next month. Final interview consisted of 4 one-on-one interviews with people who work in the department that lasted 30 minutes each. Questions were a mix of behavioral, resume/background, and case questions that are designed to evaluate how your experiences and work style match with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.

Entretien
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
