Question 1
Describe a time when you had to manage a Customer’s expectations
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (München, Bavaria) en avr. 2022
Entretien
A recruiter invited me to an interview for a position, I was completely overqualified for (associate contract manager). It has become clear during the first 5 minutes of the interview. Moreover, my application for a role I am a perfect fit for (Entertainment Lawyer) was rejected. But I was still interested in the work for Amazon, so I continued to talk to an interviewer. The interviewer was tired and didn’t try to make the position attractive. I asked what is the most challenging task she performs and the answer was that she had a lot of work to do and she was tired. Then, she tried to show me that I am not a good fit because of my qualification and experience (I am overqualified). It was confusing that the task description was incorrect and the responsibilities I found attractive were not an integral part of the job (negotiations). In addition, she was not able to answer my questions regarding business issues.
