Exciting. Met people from all over the world. Very challenging interview process. The final step involved 4 back to back interviews with different Amazonians. Communication was good during the entire process.

Standard Amazon interview process with 4 online interviews on their Amazon Chime service and scheduled back-to-back. Each interview was 45 minutes long with a 30 minute break half-way through. Questions were mostly behavioural and related to their 14 leadership principles. However, I did not receive an offer and my application was cut off faster than a meat cleaver through chicken bone with absolutely no feedback nor reason why I was unsuccessful. Given the amount of time you would need to prepare for these interviews, and the time required to be interviewed, this was of course very disappointing and hard to believe a company that is so bent on providing good service just cuts unsuccessful applicants off.
