Entretien
I was a campus recruit. The interview had four stages. One with the HR, the next two with Operations leaders and the final with an HR leader again.
The first round was to check whether the candidate was a cultural fit. The next two rounds were to check domain knowledge and logical reasoning abilities.
The final round was to check people management and decision making skills.

Scenario based questions on logistics, capacity planning, project concepts and people management.
They look for confidence, the ability to ask the right questions (logical reasoning), quantitative skills, etc.
Loop com 4 entrevistadores geralmente e também uma entrevista com uma HRBP internacional. Processo totalmente focado no metodo STAR da empresa. 4 entrevistas de em média 40 minutos, se for aprovado continua no processo com as próximas entrevistas.

Entretien
its divided into two itinital phone calls with both recruiter and the hiring Manager and then a Panel of 4 people.
The two initial phone calls are a typical example of a hiring interview revolvoing around past experieces, motivations and skills. However, the panel tends to be a little more difficult as it goes further in details. The star method is used to analyse how you acted in specific situations and, hence, how you are most likley to react in similar future situations.

The interview consisted of four rounds starting with a GD, then a skills interview, an interview with a Customer Service Team Manager and then an interview with the Operations Manager
