Online assessment, Excel case, then 4 45-minute behavioral interviews where the interviewers asked questions related to Amazon's 14 leadership principles. During one of my interviews, I had to walk through the Excel case that I had been sent the day prior to the interview.

Friendly interviewers, straightforward instructions and plenty of reference material to prepare for questions and behavioral scenarios. Light modeling exercise (more operations focused than finance) and extensive behavioral interviews with follow ups.
