J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (New York, NY) en mars 2020
Entretien
2 phone calls with HR
Online test with 2 coding exercises.
The code must be complete since test cases automatically check the code.
Also a couple of questions related to O(n) algorithm and memory complexity of the proposed solutions.
The time is limited, you must be fast, better to have an IDE for coding and debugging and then copy - paste the code to the portal.
The coding is easy for senior engineer,
Onsite test. Four sessions with a different amazon engineer each. Two sessions are for coding at blackboard. The algorithms asked to be implemented were iterative numeric problems, very hard to solve in the dashboard at 15 minutes. The other two sessions are for design.
The coding is hard you must exercise a lot with iterative problems and algorithms

4 hour Interview Loop -- Focused more on behavioral questions to see if the candidate has all of Amazon's 16 leadership principles.
They are weirdly cult-like about this and ask about any real-life examples that demonstrate these principles.
As a candidate, you are supposed to answer these questions in the STAR format for best results and make sure you have strong examples.
Each interviewer is assigned a set of leadership principles to check off in your examples, so while the questions may sound they are interested in you, they really are not. Be really simple with your stories.
