J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Brampton, ON) en oct. 2020
Entretien
Picked availability, no work experience questions about were asked. It was very casual and they told me my location, start date, and shift times. Also filled out some paper work. Once you have an interview you are practically guaranteed a job there, as long as you can meet the availability, and can lift up to 40lbs.
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
