We were invited to an information event. They told us all about the job process. The position was a part time position.
However you are rejected because you have other side jobs which will never interfere with their hours.
So basically, they want to own you.

Are you flexible?
Do you have other part time jobs?
Can you work shifts?
Are you willing to work weekends?
Are you willing to drop any other part time jobs you have and be ever ready for the Amazon part time?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
