The interview process is well known, it is based on their leadership principles. The process is long, you will have two interviews one with someone in a similar role and then if successful the hiring manager and again you will move to the loop interview. This is five interviews one after the other ie. 5 hours. Depending on role you will need to also provide a written answer to a question so that they can analyse your writing style.

Phone interview. Asked 4 typical question. The Amazon phone interview was structured and focused on behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer was professional, asking about leadership principles, past challenges, and decision-making. It felt fast-paced yet conversational. I shared clear examples from my experience, highlighted results, and ended confident I demonstrated impact and fit.
