J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Sydney)
Entretien
I was a referral from another employee. First round interview was with the hiring manager and took about 30 minutes. Pretty standard “tell me about yourself” and more of a chat.
Second round interviews was with 4 different members of the team each for 1 hour. All complex “tell me about a time when…” questions. Most I had prepared for but there were a few curve balls such as “tell me about a time when you made a short term sacrifice for a long term gain”. They are looking for answers to align with their 13 pillars. I would recommend looking these up online and memorising answers to all

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a short term sacrifice for a long term benefit?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Question 1
They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
