The interview process was very good. The interviewers are very nice. They treat candidates as their customers. They focus on leadership principles and the interview was more like a conversation with candidates.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
