Too many unnecessary rounds of interviews which food last at least for 1 hour. Try to beat around the bush with some 11 principles. Though I interviewed for SCM PM, an intelligent lady rejected me but a dumb manager took me.in without thinking my skill set would match his division s requirement

What was the most challenging project and how did you handle it?
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
