Interview was lengthy. First was profile shortlisting,then there were 4 to 5 rounds of interivew on computer. after clearing it, last round was of face to face interview. Then after that last round is of face to face interview

Machine round was of psychological interview questions.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
