there were 3 rounds in total, they were all virtual, I applied through Amazon virtual hireme website. The first round was aptitude and verbal ability, make sure you have a good laptop with a good camera and good light conditions. There will be similar roles in the website, please do try all, so as to get an idea about how to crack it, you will be getting mostly the repeated questions. Prepare your resume well, make sure it is suited for this job role. If you have done well in this round, you will get an email from amazon for the next round, that is the technical round, you have to be good in basic STLC questions and it is appreciated that you learn all about manual testing basics, and you will also be asked about the test scenarios and test cases, make sure you prepare to write some test cases, they might ask test cases for an app, for wifi router etc, prepare well, they might ask you some puzzles to test your analytical ability prepare for that too. If you have completed this round you will get a mail for the third round, your manager will be interviewing you in this round, it might be around your resume, and behavioral questions might be asked even in the second round. In the third round they will ask you the same technical questions, and later some puzzles too.
