I was a campus hire. After I applied I had to do a 45 minute assessment with personality questions and a relatively simple management simulation. A few days later I found out I passed the assessment and scheduled my interview for the next week. The recruiting team is great and gives you a LOT of prep materials for the interview. The interview was 2 45 minute interviews back to back (both with ops managers) and was surprisingly easy - about 8 behavioral questions total and then 1 scenario question and plenty of time for questions. Got my acceptance email 2 days later and then offer letter 2 weeks later. Do your research about the role, practice behavioral questions, and make sure you know the leadership principles

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
