It was a lot of questions that didn’t protein to the job being interviewed for. I was interviewed for a loss prevention job. I think they keyed in to much on what my personal views are and not about my professional experience.

Would you turn in a coworker for falling asleep on the job on their lunch break?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
