Felt more casual than I anticipated. I met with two people on two separate days, we discussed the role and my background. The two people I met with seemed uninterested and like they wrote me off before sitting down - made me think they already had someone in mind for position, but felt somewhat rude and disrespectful of my time. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience though.
