First your CV gets selected. The senior recruiter has a call with you to ask about general things and see if you are a fit. Then three phone interviews, then 6 interviews in house. A lot of the same questions about real situations that show how you react in real life. Some questions about the position and what you expect from it.

The fact that they ask the same questions a lot. An experience where you went above and beyond, etc.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
