Total of 3 interviews - One phone calI first to see if you fit their culture, then a video call with your potential manager, asking questions based on the challenges of the role and the last one called "the loop" (4/5 interviewers one after the other that consumes your whole day)

For the first ones study their culture. For the last ones, prepare STAR format answers. They will go deep, so be ready to answer little details of how you impacted something
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
