The interview was extremely lengthy and time consuming. Come prepared as the interviewing panel is going to dig deep into your background and each response you provide. You will need to have as many examples of your successes/failures available as possible.

Tell me about a time you had to challenge management.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
