Interview was conducted over a chime meeting. A manager from ERC team will conduct the interview. Most of the questions are about your previous work experience. Interview session will be about 45 minutes.

Interview process is very old fashioned no human connect no clear answers to applications . I wuld request them to increase the human connects in the interview process so candidates are able to get the feedback.

They asked Physcho logical questions which were not at all relevant to job profiles.
Video interview is held after a series of general knowledge and English proficiency tests. Based on the test scores mail is received for the interview. The tests were fairly easy and are monitored while attempting.
Interview was good and merged well to be at pace of the interviewer's point of view. Feels warm and supportive till the interview is over and kind of stress free.
