Ich machte die Online Bewerbung über die Website als Area Manager. Nach sehr kurzer Zeit bekam ich die Einladung zum HireVue Interview.
Dort nimmt man unter anderem seine Antworten auf Fragen via Webcam auf.

Fragen, die im HireView Interview gestellt wurden:
Was für einen Abschluss strebst du an und wann kannst du bei Amazon anfangen. Bist du umzugsbereit. (Als Textantwort)
Also Videoantwort waren es dann folgende fragen:
Warum passt man zu Amazon?
Amazon has pelicular ways - tell us something peculiar or interesting fact about yourself? What else would you like us to know about you that you haven't had a chance to tell us?
Give an example of when you took an unpopular stance with peers or your leader and you were the outlier. What was it, why did you feel strongly about it and what did you do?
Walk me trough a problem or issue that you solved using numerical data.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
