Telefoninterview mit dem zukünftigen Kollegen/Chef. Das Gespräch war sehr erfrischend und professionell, aber das AC war ein bisschen zu steif. Die Mitarbeiter gaben einem das Gefühl, dass sie zu diesem AC und den Interviews nur gezwungen wurden und es nicht wirklich gern taten.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
