Over the phone interview and in person interview. The interview process was extremely easy! At the end of the interview you will be signed up for orientation. They really asked questions about your character and loyalty.

My interview was conducted quickly over the phone, and the process was straightforward, with the interviewer asking simple, easy-to-answer questions that made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. It was nice.

The interview process was basically the owner going over the job expectations and seeing if you're willing to give it a try. The job is not for everyone and it can be really demanding delivering with high expectations of perfection in the heat and rain.

Entretien
They interview you at the warehouse. It was extremely easy. Basically all you have to do is pass a background check and they'll hire you. Paid training was shortly after, which took 3 days.
