J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon
Entretien
Was reached out to by a recruiter. Had two calls with the recruiters, then another phone screening, a group prep call with a different recruiter, and then a 4-hour interview with four people that they refer to as "the loop." They each ask different questions that refer to their leadership principles. Some questions I feel have no relationship to the account executive position and duties, but more so the principals. They care more about what you did outside of your job (contributing revenue). They want to know how you change processes at your job and want data to back it up. But if you're applying to be a sales executive, you should care more about my quota attainment rather than a time I did something outside of my duties at work.

Entretien
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
