Online interview - had to record answers to pre-set questions on my laptop. It was quite strange to not have an interviewer but the overall experience was fine. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
Before this I had to complete multiple online skills review tests.

Processo lungo e completamente automatizzato. Ho dovuto affrontare quattro step, tre dei quali erano quiz/registrazioni al computer. Overall però si è trattata di un’esperienza positiva. Consiglio di prepararsi bene segui leadership principles

It was really nice. First, you do an online assessment then interview. Then, in the following days, they ask for an interview. It's mostly related with past experiences. But if you have some, you can definitely do good.

Entretien
Very simple and straight forward. The questions all started off by "Tell me about a time when you..." So I had to talk about a situation using the STAR technique. They were very kind and friendly.
