There are two virtual interviews. They get back to you in around 3-5 days to tell you if you got the job. They want you to answer using the Star format and using specific experiences.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
