I applied on August 1, and got an email of assesment a week after. A week after I did my first interview. Again one week to my second interview. It was quick , I love it.

Q: 1 . Tell me about a time where you put customer first, regardless of what peers or management directed. What was the outcome? How did this impact day-to-day interaction with your peers and/or management.

Entretien
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
