Lengthy, boring, very very nerve-racking. They took forever to call for a simple front-line position. I never felt cared for or welcome during the whole process. Interviewers have a bad attitude towards the candidates and that makes for a bad environment prior to the actual interview.

Basic STAR model questions, pretty much predictable.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
