I decided to apply to work for Amazon in Luxemburg. With the correct competence I applied for several jobs for which I never heard back for Amazon. The only thing I saw is that I am no longer under consideration. You know sometimes these companies hire people that do not have the right competence but the right image. I thought Amazon was a company that embraced diversity. I have worked for Nissan, Tesla and 2 other more companies in Mobility. I don’t get why you don’t even want to talk to someone with that experience about the EV program, Transportation program or Fleet Rental. I am sure I have more experience than most in that field. It’s a shame that anno 2020 we still see these things happening because of a name or where people come from.
