J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon en mai 2020
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin about the entry level Sr. HR Assistant role and I applied through the link she sent. A few weeks later, a friend of mine who works as a HRBP at Amazon told me they paused the role nationwide (due to Covid-19). I then directly applied to a specific Amazon location. I was then reached out to by another recruiter about setting up a phone interview.
The phone interview itself was very simple and conversational. The HRBP and I went over my work background and her Amazon background. It lasted about 40 minutes in total (the recruiter said to prepare about 45 min to an hour). Prior to the phone call, I prepared to answer some behavioral questions because I had read on Glassdoor this was their standard interview procedure. However, the HRBP on the line did not really ask any behavioral based questions

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with any employee relations such as workplace violence/sexual harassment claims?
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
