J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Dunfermline, Écosse) en avr. 2020
Entretien
The Interview process took a few weeks and contained first very brief phone Interview with Talent Acquisition Rep (very nice and polite conversation and general feel of you fit into the Amazon way), then followed by another phone Interview carried out by an Ops Manager (another very polite chat). The next step was the on-site Interview done by Amazon Chime. 4x45 min with some different people whos background is totally different than the position you're applying for. Typical corpo way of thinking focusing purely on delivering results at all cost. The outcome provided a couple of days later.
Hints for those applying for the role of the Area Manager - show no emotions at all as this is perceived as weakness apparently and if you are a human being - not a robot, after all, you'll probably unhappy out there.

Question 1
All type of behavioural questions you can google. My impression on the Panel Interview is that you want to be successful, your answers should have no emotion factors and as cold as possible consisting lies about how great you are. The balance word should never appear in whatever you're asked for.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
