The interview process was very well organized. Overall they want to see if you have leadership qualities that will help with the area manager position and if you are willing to go up and beyond for the company. They ask questions regarding your experiences in the SMART format and also make sure to add the Amazon 14 principles in your answers.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
