J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Southbank) en nov. 2019

Appalling experience interviewing with Katrien Pagnaer for a role in Melbourne.
Not only was she 10 minutes late (which is fine), but decided just as the interview began that it was an inconvenient time for her to conduct it and asking me to reschedule.
Did not see a hint of Amazon’s infamous “customer obsession” attribute with my conversation with her. Immediately emailed HR to withdraw application.

First call with recruiter. They pretty much just give you 25 min run down of the process. Then a call with the manager. Then the Loop interview.
They drill down in to your examples so make sure you know everything about your deal or situation down to the dollar amount, business driver, and external numbers surrounding the deal. They want to know every single thing about a deal and the numbers associated with it.
The interviewer are also very, very, dry. All they do is ask questions and take notes. I would personally recommend that you do not try to do a hard close for the interview because it would be very weird.
Make sure you learn the learn the leadership principles because that’s what all the questions are based off of.
It’s all “tell me about a time when” types of questions. Be prepared to tell the stories in star format.
Also, make sure to pick a technology other than S3, EC2, Lambda etc to discuss. Machine Learning and AI would be good ones. Make sure you know what they do and can answer follow up questions.
