The hiring process can be challenging, first you submit your resume and are then asked to submit some assessments on an online platform. If you manage to pass the series of tests, you are then scheduled with an HR call where you will be asked about your motivations to join Amazon and why this particular role. If you are selected you are then asked to schedule a call with an account manager ( this person has previously hold the role you are applying for ) and if you pass this step you are asked to come to the office for a visual meeting, you usually meet 4 different people asking you about yourself (the best is to structure your answer as in why this role, why amazon,...) and asking you behavioral questions. (use the star method to answer) The process can be long (3 months as for myself) and challenging, I’d say it is not hard as long as you’re prepared. Amazon challenges the perception the company receives (a threat for SME, using big data,...) It’s a good company if you want to work with smart individuals and if you’re not afraid of being challenged and submit reports on your activity.
