I was referred to the position via a recruiter. The first step was an online test then after passing the test was a 30-minute interview in my second language to make sure I could speak efficiently. The woman did not ask many things outside 'why amazon, why hr.' Overall not too hard, but make sure to prepare answers in the language in the description/other language.
