I applied online. At the end of the application you select the shift you want to work and the time you preferred for your orientation process. There was no one on one Interview process. You came in took tests and toured the facility.

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
