Entretien
Had 2 phone screens, a writing sample, plus an onsite which included 5 team members and a bar raiser.
First phone screen was with a team member, second phone screen was with the HM. Writing sample question I chose to answer was to talk about the most innovative thing I had done. Onsite was with 6 people in total which included a 30 minute break. I was previously employed at Amazon years ago so was interviewing for the same role and to come back. While the team members and the bar raiser were great, the HM was not - it felt like she had doubts walking in to the room and should not have wasted my time by inviting me onsite. BR and I hit it off and after having been a former Amazonian, could tell it was a good interview. In fact, knew it was a good interview. In the end not only did I not get an offer but I didn't even get recycled. I believe the HM had a lot of convincing power and she and I just did not have any sort of connection. Disappointed in the BR on this one.

It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
