You apply online, and receive a "contingent offer" pending drug test and background check. You're then required to select a shift, you select what hours you want, whether you want a set schedule or flexible, etc. (but it doesn't really matter because it will display all shifts available anyway). There weren't any shifts available for quite a while but it alerts you when they become available.
After you select a shift, you schedule a new hire event for taking your drug test and taking a copy of your ID documents. Takes about an hour or so and then sometimes they offer a "tour" afterwards.
I failed the drug test the first time in November and they let me reapply in March.

Question 1
Can you stick with your scheduled shift for long periods of time?
No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.

Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
